I’m excited to share the AI-generated summary of the Williamsburg-James City County School Board’s May 7 work session, generated with the help of ChatGPT. Starting with this edition, I am introducing a collaborative component that allows you to directly contribute to these school board meeting summaries, which I hope will result in a better final product that can be shared with all subscribers in the near future.

Each summary will now be shared as a Google Doc where paid subscribers can:

• Add context to a particular meeting topic

• Make corrections

• Highlight important details that might have been missed
